got lazy so i just scanned from the contact sheet.

I scanned this from a contact sheet, any dedicated photo lab will be able to make a contact sheet from your film for you, but a place like CVS or Walgreens probably wouldn't be able to.

To scan negatives you need to have a scanner that is able to do so, not all scanners are.
