Pasta Alfredo with sun-dried tomatoes and shrimp

Ingredients:

- 12 oz. (340g) Thin Spaghetti (or any other pasta you like)
- 1 lb. of cooked shrimp
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 jar of Classico Sun-dried Tomato Alfredo
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
- pepper, salt
- parsley

Fry the diced onions and crushed garlic in 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil until lightly browned. Add the pre-cooked shrimp and parsley and heat thoroughly.
Heat up the Alfredo Sauce in a separate pot and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Then add the shrimp and season to taste.

Serve over cooked pasta.

Voilá. Won't take you more than 20 minutes
