coconut curry soup

Another bowl of the soup I made for dinner last night. It's a vegetable soup (contains sweet potatoes, red peppers, parsnips and tomatoes), flavored with West Indian curry paste, turmeric, a serrano pepper, and coconut milk. I garnished the top with some chopped cilantro, mint, and a touch of Sriracha sauce. Good food on a very cold day.
