This photo was taken, I think, in Summer 2003 when I visited Isfahan,
Iran.
This is taken from the entrance of Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque located in the Naghsh Jahan Square (UNESCO World Heritage site!).
I would definitely recommend that you visit Isfahan! The mosques and
palace in Naghsh Jahan square are very beautiful!
The photo has been post processed, as the original was taken facing the sun and was very poor. I hope that the result is worthwhile and shows the beauty of this entrance.
