Cooking With Standards

Designing with Web Standards 3rd Edition arrived while cooking dinner . . . Much of what we do at Bike Hugger and Textura Design is done with web standards. It's not something we talk about everyday anymore (used to when Byron was a member of the Web Standards Project and lecturing about blogging), but the arrival of the book reminded us about the importance, how far we come, and the arrival of HTML5, fonts on the web, and so on.

We'll start reading the book after dinner and post about it. We've read and referred to the 1st and 2nd editions and have had the pleasure of knowing and working with the authors: Jeffrey Zeldman and Ethan Marcotte.
