Keep in mind for most riders the jersey won't come down all the way over your hips. This is a particularly petite model in a size up jersey.

What David is saying is that's a petite model in a Men's Large -- see the sizing here:

The Club Cut is roomier, but it should stop just below your waist, it's not going to cover your butt.
