"The KatrinaRitaVille Express is on tour to dramatize the unified housing, environmental, economic, cultural and human rights crisis occurring on the Gulf Coast, where dislocation, privatization and the trashing of public trust resources are being called recovery.

Featuring an interpretative FEMA travel trailer, the tour is a national education and advocacy project of the Gulf Coast Peoples Movement for Full and Fair Recovery--a coalition of hurricane survivors and community advocates from coastal Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas."
