Come play with us, Danny.

The Shining twins are one of the few things in this world that REALLY creep me out. I saw that scene on TV when I was little; it's always stuck with me as this primal fear. Even while getting reference pictures to build this, I cringed a few times.
Great movie, though.

I read something in the newspaper that said The Shining (the book) is based on a real haunted house somwhere in Colorado(I think?). It said that there's been sounds of a party with music but the noise comes from an empty room with a piano that is playing but nobody's playing it. (was that in the movie/book?) Creepy! Also, I figured out how to make a minifig transparent for a Lego animation with ghosts.

Wow, the perspective on the Big Wheel is just perfect! That's something that definitely stuck with me from that scene.
