This is embarrasing, but believe it or not we actually own one of these machines. It is great for curing backaches! But it sure doesn't make you look like this lady! LOL!

I nearly fell of my chair laughing at the site of this image!!! Maybe if I owned a pair of heals like those and a garter belt and had that work out machine I would look like that .... NOT!! Thanks for the laugh.

Kim and Cindy~I CRACKED up when I found this. I knew I had to have it and post it. I would be wearing sweats and "therapeutic" stockings! LOL! Kim, next time you help your back remember the proper outfit! So glad you got a kick out of it too!

If I could look like her, I'd try to find one of those old machines and shake it all day long!

Well I, of course, imagine all ladies keep trim this way ... there again, that is the male imagination for you ;-P

When I posed for this painting it was so difficult to stay balanced in my heels LOL. I've a whole lot of these on my computer, should I put them up?

My husband brought one of these home a couple of years ago. It was seafoam green and it still worked. So I tried it. I wouldn't recommend it for weight loss, but then again, I wasn't dressed properly dressed in heels. This is "24 Hour Fitness" in it's early years! Thanks for the laugh. :-)

Debbie - Is that possible ? ! ? - How very dull :-P
Home and Heart (46 months ago | reply)
desertglitter~LOL!! If you show this image to your husband it will be brought in from the garage and a Victorias secret bag next to it for you!!! I guess eNil's imagination is just part of what make's him eNil. He probably already purchased above exercise gear for Mrs. eNil and is currently trying to convince her to let him take a few "tasteful" photos!!!

She is just perfect...I'm glad so many people are having a laugh here!

I seriously need to get on this machine after our holiday of excess in rural France ... such food and drink is ruinous for the figure ! ! !
Home and Heart (45 months ago | reply)
I KNEW it!!! Men everywhere work off their beer and hot wings ( do they have those in England) In fancy heels. Do you speak French? Do they speak english? I look forward to your photos!!!
nfophotography (45 months ago | reply)
As for speaking French - Laura is very good at knowing what to say and I can understand the answers and written word a little .... between us we get by because, where we go, very little English is spoken- it all adds to the fun of being in a foreign country.
Home and Heart (45 months ago | reply)
eNil~I thought it was called ale in England? All I know of England is from the design show I use to watch with Laurence something -or-other. (Not his given name.) As far as France, I would either be stuck in the airport, or lost lookng for the "ladies." You both are very brave!!
nfophotography (45 months ago | reply)
Ah - we do have Ale here but it is just a form of beer - as is Lager which is also very popular.
Stick with me and wade through my photostream and you will get a better idea of England than by watching Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen ;-)
A phrase book and smile go a long way .... as will you crossing your legs and looking desperate ! ! ! - LoL ! ! !

eNil~Ah yes! LL-B! I love the Victorian and Edwardian history of England. (just the good stuff) I enjoy your photos very much! (Mrs. eNil too) My husband makes beer. Bitter, yucky, waaay to hoppy beer. I enjoy making mead.
I have made a promise to myself that "Where's the ladies room?" is the first phrase I will learn if I ever travel out of the states!!
nfophotography (45 months ago | reply)
Now Mead sound interesting - I am not a fan of beer (too bitter for my sweet tooth) but I am partial to certain ciders brewed in the west country - especially a brand called Westons. I have even visited the farm where it is made - the smell of apples, pears and fermenting fruit was spectacularly heady :-D
Well, if you travel to the UK - "Where are the loos?" will suffice :-D
Home and Heart (45 months ago | reply)
eNil~LOL! That's right. I wonder if that is where "Loo Loo, skip to the loo my darlin'" comes from??? Mead is yummy. I like sweet better too. I don't like it as strong either. Cider sounds good. I will have to try it.
