Day 29/366 - Robin

I went to see the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition one lunchtime last week. There was a picture of a Robin that triggered a childhood memory of sitting at the window looking out onto the garden with a big red book on birds I had borrowed from school. I was very excited when I spotted a bird and subsequantly identified it as a Robin using that big red book. Ever since, whenever I see a Robin it takes me back to that moment and the excitement of spotting and identifying a bird. Just this morning I looked up how to attract a Robin, as I wanted to capture my own image of one. I worked out that you needed meal worms and it wasn't as simple as putting out some bird food. Imagine my excitement as, on my walk today, I got this #photo. What luck - I've been beaming ever since.
