Hong Kong taxi drivers join
"taxi-leagues", which are bunch of
taxi drivers that cooperate with each other
and give special discounts to customers.
Customers calls one of the league taxis and
the taxi driver will find another vacant taxi
closest to the customer and pick him up for a
discount rate. This guy in the photo
obviously joins more than 4 leagues!

@anzensam, thanks for the explanation, but I
still don't understand why he needs a
dedicated phone for each league? I'm very
intrigued, do you have any idea?
It's comforting to know I can still get Ben
& Jerry's in Japan.
