Chichester's best picture palace. I can remember the grills either side of the pros arch were lit in blue. The original underwater theme painting on the side walls were painted over in later years with the modern diamond shapes on the right of the photo. How many more 30s cinemas are left. They can never be rebuilt. There will come a time when the multiplex cinemas will start to close.
