Stepper Motor Driver v2.3

This is a new and improved Stepper Motor Driver developed by me for the RepRap Research Foundation. It uses the Allegro A3982 stepper motor driver chip which is awesome, cheap, simple, and relatively powerful. Its an awesome chip and a nice little stepper driver board.
