I've never been in Iceland.
On airplanes, maybe, I've been even northern than your country, but not on my feet.
I'm always astonished from lights, shadows and colours of your pics.
To achieve the same 'style', here in Italy I have to use something like hdr.
But your pics, with a very good 20D, are uploaded exactly as you've taken 'em? Or there's some photoshop in them?
If not, I must see your country...

Okay, Helga. The EXIF data says this was taken at 1:30 am. Besides the obvious fact that you probably need more sleep (though your photos do not show it), is this why you used a 1.6 second exposure? Or, did you use a ND filter, or something? Simply amazing!

@ak10001: Why should I post the original? That would be the same as a painter showing half finished work. Or are you referring to original size? As I have told you many times before, I do not post large sizes because my work is Copyright protected and I have had many incidents where my work is being stolen.
