Hrossaborg (Horse Fort) crater (426m), which is considered only 10.000 years old , N-Iceland.
The name of the crater is considered to have come from the farmers of the Mývatn area, who drove their horses into the crater to graze on the grass at its bottom during sheep searching in the fall.
I hope you all had a good weekend :)

strange land
In summer, the song sings itself.
William Carlos Williams
The bluest of blue creek running from the hydro-plant at Krafla Powerstation, N-Iceland.
The clouds mix with the steam from the geothermal drilling holes at the left horizon, making for a strange skyline.
Have a great weekend everyone!
The EXIF info is getting better here on FLickr, telling you basically all about HOW the camera was set and then what was done in Camera RAW.
I stumbled across this:
Measurement Observer: CIE 1931
WHO/WHAT is the Measurements observer???? What does it do? AND WHAT is that number....?
One's gotta love the EXIF.........the secred code or what?
