Batucada en la rua

After Xmas starts carnival in Brasil and everywhere grew up spontaneous samba groups. Here a swingin' kid in accordance to the minimalistic drumming of an improvised batucada band. Really great spontanous moments! The photographer couldn't resist and joined dancing (panning of the camera)

Batucada is a substyle of samba and refers to an African influenced Brazilian percussive style, usually performed by an ensemble. It is considered by some to be the epitome of the percussive ensemble. Batucada is characterized by its repetitive style and fast pace.
