Filming 'The Charmer'

In August 1986 the London Weekend Television drama series 'The Charmer' was fimed in Hinchley Wood. The series (set in the 1930s) starred Nigel Havers, Rosemary Leach and Bernard Hepton. Bernard Hepton played Mr. Stimpson, an estate agent, whose office was set up in the hairdressing salon in Station Approach.
