I'm guessing from the position of the bike that it doubles as his chair for cutting ice.?

She was actually standing in front of the back wheel of the bike when cutting it. I do have a shot with her but it's a tad blurry (as was I after a few drinks, and one second exposures... of the camera).

Most of south east Asia is as dirty as this. The whole of Siem Reap feels like a movie set.
