So who am I?

This is gonna sound well picky, but please don;t look to closely at my feeeet..... blurgh.

So yeah- I've been tagged (woopers, thankz peace&love for making me one of your 16! I would tag you back if that was allowed!!!!!) so now I have to write 16 things about myself....

Ok, this could be interesting....

 

1. I have two phobias- acrophobia and nyctohylophobia, though I have pretty much conquered the first, after a pre-christmas trip on a ferris wheel, with my chums. :) The first is due to the fact that when I was 6, I jumped out of a 20 foot high window at my Grandparents' house. I like to think this is the reason for my crazy mind, but, it appears technically that it is only the reason that I have exceptionally spazzed up feet, as I landed on them first, and possibly that my parents are devout christians as nothing terrible happened to me, when it almost certainly could have done. I'm one lucky bunny!

The second is a fear of dark windows, or at least as close a definition as is possible.

 

2. I am in love with a guy called Rory (except his first name is normally spelt the cool irish way, and it kind of looks like it should be pronounced roo-argh-rid) who I met almost a year ago. (on this exact day- here). There you go. Secret's out!

 

3. I am a HUGE surf freak and have been glued to the sea since I could walk. :)

 

4. I love romcoms. =] Especially love actually, notting hill and anything Bridget Jones.

 

5. I do not like aubergines.

 

6. I am possibly the most self-conscious being on the planet, though people who don't know me so well don't know this. I guess this has gradually built up over various incidents throughout time- I won't go into details

 

7. I am a constant people watcher- I don't know whether it's good or bad, but it's fun. And I always seem to remember the people who I am people watching for ages after. :) I never forget a face.

 

8. I nearly always fall for guys who talk to me like I am sane and laugh at my jokes as much as I laugh at their's. :) It doesn't happen very often. Normally I'm just the joke they're laughing at. :D haha. And where is the attraction in Zac Efron/Alex Pettyfer/Johnny Depp/Justin Timberlake? They are as shallow as London puddles!!!! I just like nice people. And Zac Efron posted nude pictures on the internet and STILL Lowri fancies him..... well, she probably printed them off, nff. XP

 

9. I love catching smiles from strangers. A smile will make me walk around in a heady glow for hours after. :)

 

10. I only really hate 6 things

- conversations that revolve around money/politics/education/religion

-girls who are gorgeous and love making people feel bad about that fact

-aubergines

-boys who pretend they like you for a joke

-Daniel Davies who is this hideous knob head of a bloke who used to have an obsession with me and is so fat he has to walk through doors sideways. The reason I hate him is because he had the brain capacity of an amoeba, the sensitivity of an emotionally-retarded rock and not a kind bone in his body. And despite what Harriet Edwards says, I never ever liked him.

Oh, the good old days hey!!!!!!!!!!! Thank GOD he moved..... (quick prayer of thanks)

6. A really strange pet hate- having all the big lights turned on in my room. IT'S MADDENING, a) because you can pretty much see money being flushed down the loo before your very eyes and b) it is so so so so so so bright. I only ever use the tiny mini lamp on my desk.

 

11. According to Rory, I have the co-ordination of a Giraffe. lol. That conversation was hilarious. I was sitting on this really uncomfortable gate, talking to him, and my bum was killing me, so I shifted and fell completely over backwards and off the gate (and fortunately onto grass), and he laughed, in a nice way and said "Hey, just like me then- so that makes two of us, co-ordinated like giraffes!" And I was laughing and he was laughing, and he was laughing and he said "So, I take it you fall off things often then?"

The fact is, he is completely right. :) So much for dance improving your co-ordination. lol.

 

12. Oooooh, I like to play the bongos in the mooooooorning. Na-na-na-naaaah. :D

 

13. I am currently trying to solve the mystery of the Anonymous Turtle. Yesterday Mr. Priday was doing something mega complicated lecture on quadratic equations and I suddenly spotted this turtle symbol on the interactive-whiteboard-thingy. And I said "Mr. Priday this is nothing to do with maths but it's STILL really confusing. What is that turtle doing on the whiteboard bar?"

And he said he didn't know, and asked me to the example on the board as I obviously hadn't been paying much attention, and he thought the outcome would be amusing.

I didn't get it right of course. And the turtle still remains a mystery unto me, so all in all not a very productive or positive lesson.

 

14. I collect elephants. Not real ones ofcourse!!! I have an entire shelf dedicated to my elephant collection. It spans right from when I was born to this saturday- the first being a carved wooden one, with tiny ivory tusks, which some family friends bought back from Africa, and this satuday's is from my fabby welsh cousins henny and amelia. I love absolutely ALL of my elephants- they are comepletely different from each other, ranging from a miniscule white one made out of plastic (a school christmas cracker years ago), to a beautiful crystal-sculpted one my Grandparents sent from Prague. :) In total I have 27!

 

15. Five really random and possibly cringe-worthy points:

- whenever I ask a question in class, I always start it with "This is really random, but...." even it is a perfectly reasonable question

- I love manga. WOOPERS. Especially Kilala Princess and Furuba. WHICH GUY DO I CHOOSE? Hatori, Haru, Shigure, Kyo, or Yuki????? Or momitchi??? I don't knoooow.....it's too hard. I'll just have all of them.... :D

- Me and my friend Victoria spend 90% of our time stalking boys. It's great fun. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that- it's not an attractive element of my character, this obsession with following random guys in converse with selfridges shopping bags around major cities and bursting into laughter whenever they turn around. Best Day Ever.

-I used to have a crush on Tintin when I was 8. I had this poster of him in my room and I used to kiss it everynight before I went to sleep. HE IS A CARTOON CHARACTER FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE!

-My laugh sounds really really really weird down the phone. It really really does.

16. My message to the world- Dance like nobody's watching, sing ike nobody's listening, love like you've never been hurt and laugh down the phone even though if you think you sound retarded.

 

I can't believe that took me so long!!!!!! Now I've got to go tag some chummys- SO, WATCH OUT, THERE'S A TAGGER ABOUT!!!!!!
