    For the geeks:

    Serial F51116KM0001P, makes it the 1379th manufactured during the 11th week of 1985 in Fremont, CA. It's an 128K (with the Macintosh128k name badge on the back), and an international 220V model (hence the P at the end of the model name M0001P).
