And to go back to that book that generates all the Hate, the Bible... The Story Of Lot, if you ever bothered to read it, attentively, has nothing to do with homosexuality, despite taking place in Sodom. The way it's written indicates the writers anticipated we'd read homosexuality into it. Unless rape is a sex act, and not an act of violence, that story has nothing to do with homosexuality.
It must have been awful to have to have been so careful getting together with another guy in an age when doing so could get you arrested and ruin your life.
