My friends and my colleagues always ask me - When is the best time to but a property? I know that these people will never buy one because nobody will ever know when is the best time.

There is good time and bad time but best time (Gosh! Who can tell?). So be sure that when the time is right, based on your needs, just move in and buy one that suit your needs and budget and you wouldn't go wrong. My daughter and son-in-law have just bought one and they are so happy with the purchase. Nice condo, great scenery, near MRT and full facilities.
