The light is great here, and you've framed the top half of the bass player really really well. I would have perhaps aimed a bit further down for this shot, though, the very very top left of the frame is a bit blown out, I would have included only those lights with that really cool and crisp ray effect. Still a very good shot, I'm just nit-picking.

The alternate framing is much better than the original framing. I would crop it even a bit more and take out the guy in the lower left.
