I am so sorry and Joop you were so lovlng and so wise and so much a part of all of us. I am so sorry for your lost. I know how you must be feeling. I lost my beloved Billy for cancer last december.
I got many e-mail and messages by then.
Here is one that conforted me a lot.

I am so sad, I read this terrible notice this morning, but I just couldn't type anything until now!
We learned to love Joop since fotolog, he made a bond among many people around the world. We will miss him A LOT, but for sure he is not suffering any longer. He is jumping and running with his new friends at the other side of the raimbow... It's hard to think a life without him, but he will take care of you from up above and will help you during this hard moment you are going through.
We loved him, and will always will! And will miss his wisdom and his travels to those beautiful places!
