Tasting menu with a few substitutions (just because I ate similar versions before).
This was the substituted course. I wasn't a fan of their calamari salad so I opted to replace it with this egg crêpe with crab dish.
Man, I never tasted crab like this before. I doesn't have that sweet crab flavor, more like a savory meat flavor that makes me feel like this: @.@ and thought, "OMG...it's soo tasteh."
Kind of reminds me of an open faced ravioli since the crêpe's texture and flavor is like al dente pasta.
