Post Monterey jack, pepperoncini, pickles, sauerkraut, mustard I loooved the bread used in this sandwich; it's so crisp on the outside and has a tender crumb on the inside. The filling was very flavorful - ranging from sweet, tart, and savory with a touch of spiciness. The pork was very moist and tender. I also loved the gooey melted cheese.
