Helen's burger, assembled

I tried Helen's half of the burger. It's cooked rare-medium-rare as requested. Juicy, nice char on the outside but it needed more salt.

The plum tomato was very sweet that even a not-so-veggie-lovin' Helen actually liked it a lot.

The bun, by the way, was lightly toasted, buttery soft and sweet with the caramelized onion.
