Soft white chocolate, potato, malt, white beer ice cream

What really drove this home was the white beer ice cream. It's intense but not overly bitter or hoppy. The white chocolate sweetens the beer ice cream just a touch. The potato and malt gave it some texture to the smooth, creaminess of the chocolate and ice cream. I LOVE IT!
