I will always always always have an extra five pounds to lose or an extra inch to shed. This insecurity would probably be solved if I quit drinking beer and stopped indulging in sweets, but where's the fun in that? We only live once, after all :)
Funnily enough, when I checked my waist and belly measurements this morning (this is not something I do everyday, mind you, although it was a high school and college obsession of mine...along with stepping on the weighing scale every morning and night), I was pleased to find out that all the daily walking I do (aka the only exercise I get) keeps off the chub.
I feel like eating a whole cake now.
