WINTER

well its not a pano today ;P wanted to try out something different at my studio!
the moment I listened to Winter Sleep by Olivia Lufkin I wanted to make a winter portrait :) & later on it hit me why not make a seasons series just like the most amazing painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo I love his work so much & his seasons series is my top fav :)

Most probably many artists & photographers made such a series but I wanted to try out my own visions :)

styling & make up were done by me & it was soooo much fun

Simply it's Scotland

it was raining & cloudy suddenly the sky cleared up a bit & a rainbow appeared it lasted for seconds love the bits of sunshine in the background & I wont mind visiting Scotland again such an amazing place :)
you all must take a look at the larger size

I do have another pano of the same scene with the complete view of the mountain on the left but I kinda prefer this one anyway I DO love panoramas :) stitched this one in PS CS4 it does a better job than the earlier editions yet PTGui is still my fav panorama stitching software :) this pano is composed of 12 pics all portrait oriented

THE PANORAMA :)

so this is it :) back in 2006 I took a pano of the same scene! but the stitching didn't go well especially at the bridge plus it was under construction & I didn't like the way I composed it but still kept it in my archive as it was a special one :) it was the first time I ever try capturing a panorama here you can see it
since then I wanted to go back & capture a proper one with my tripod & I DID IT :)
