Everyone loves a good Mac&Cheese. Made with lardo butter and semi-aged goat cheese and a few other left over cheeses from last week.
More of a scramble/omelette mix but good none the less.
Cured lard (Lardo) cooking with bacon. It'll eventually be an omelette.
Cheeses from the Good Food Awards and other goodies from the ferry building.
Prosciutto wrapped Bacon-Mac'n'cheese topped off with a sunny side egg. I think I just outdid myself.
