    What was this fellow doing scaling up St Augustine's Church tower? Cleaning the Clock perhaps? And what is the big yellow cone strapped to his side?

      he was cleaning guttering and replacing roof tiles that had slipped during a storm this way is much cheeper than scaffolding The steeplejack is from the north east of England The cone on his side contained fixing clips for the roof tiles
