Task Force : Group

I pick up cards for chapter from here.
Task Force for the PoIC manual.
Chronological Docks.
Pile index cards with similar topic. Find pattern between card and card.
Task Force : Group by hawkexpress.
This is an example of transition from "selection" and "interpretation" step in the PoIC concept. I adopt simplified KJ-method to achieve this task.

What we need for this method is,
- 5x3 index cards (already accumulated in the dock)
- post-it
- red pen
- rubber band

As a first step, I make group of cards by subject. Find a pattern between cards. Kitagawa express this pattern finding process as Mahjong. A place of groups are still random this moment.

# I need more space to do this... :D

Correct me if I'm wrong but are there not beautiful playing tables made specifically for Mahjong? Ive begun to sort through my big mess and have made a couple of tables/boxes for the piles of flat works. I 'm very concerned with the archiving of all my drawings and original works which have not been digitized yet. The purpose is to contain them and seal them up in this box because they are or have collected microbes/mold creating toxins that make me sick. This is huge; and has been a serious problem in my life and career. I'm moving soon in an attempt to alleviate this issue, so everything is going away except three big boxes and some other wood cases I'm making as "bucks" for the development of furniture that will put into use several ideas. Not only will these boxes contain items but they will have the ability to filter clean and or isolate and store away safely items of art works, catalogs, artifacts, (paper goods), both physically and virtually, but most important, keeping them free from contamination of any kind. This has been the biggest obstacle with paper for me... as well as the actual ability to move without severe joint pain keeping me from doing what i do best, organize items and move/alter space. Kepp up the good work!! Peace!

hmm I compare your card collection to mine. Less of them & torn to into shreds. Nice and neat writing you have. How do you get the writing so small?

It's not so small actually. Perhaps Japanese letter is tight and dense so it looks small. :)
