similar to my pic from yesterday - one difference being i took a couple of the tempeh slices (after having sauteed them) and put them in my panini with a few slices of tomato and avocado inbetween.
"You're a vegan? But what do you eat?" - well ... for tonight i have tempeh sauteed in olive oil, red onions and yam, along with many assorted spices - yum!
"Peanut and sunflower" butter. Ingredients: peanuts, sunflower seeds, love from my Vitamix :D

Vegan ice cream - thanks to my Vitamix. Mixed some soymilk, vanilla and strawberry syrup and froze it into ice cubes ... then gave it a spin in the Vitamix. I love my Vitamix!!!
