sara-- i know its part of an RV, but i'm wondering if a similar stove/oven could be installed in an apartment? we're renovating the 3rd floor attic space for myself and my little ones and considering different options. i'm not sure about building codes, but i do know the ceiling isnt very high- its actually a bit slanted from the adjacent roof.
the other option i was considering is just using countertop appliances as needed instead of having a stove constantly hooked up. ahh, decisions, decisions...

i wish you guys were heading around towards boston again, i could probably use your husbands help!
