There were soooo many coins in this tree... I'm sure I could use it to
buy a car! It would take forever to get the coins out though and
flatten them hehe.
This tree has been at Ingleton Falls for as long as I remember. When I was very young my dad hammered a penny into the tree for me using a rock... and every time we go, another penny goes into the tree.... Rob hammered 10p into the tree this time :o)

With rare and interesting plants and animals and its importance as a geological site much of the Waterfalls Trail has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) by English Nature.
