Ymir Peak(why-mur)

This is Ymir(why-mur) Peak. It looms above Whitewater Ski Resort near Nelson, B.C. I made this picture near the end of the day while lying down in the Whitewater parking lot. Alpenglow is fleeting and I didn't want to risk taking the time to set up my tripod and possibly miss the moment. The peak caught my eye all day long and then really caught my eye with the alpenglow.
