Rotten Apple

“Women are like apples on trees, the best ones are on the top of the tree. The men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and don't want to get hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't so good but easy. So, the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality they are amazing. I want the apple that is sun-soaked and glistening. I want the tasty one that is sweet, with a skin that has a bit of toughness to it. Not too soft in the middle and not too thick on the outside. I want the apple from the top of the tree. Make me reach high. Maybe I won't grab you with my first stretch, as you bounce off my finger tips and drift away. But be sure of this: On my second try, I will caress your skin as I pull you towards my warm embrace, my tender lips and the passion that awaits.
