Probably it's more architecture than landscape. You have achieved dramatic atmosphere with the sky and contrast. Some details are too dark.

I actually find all this rating somewhat stressful. In this case because I like the picture and love the black and whiteness of alot of it I want to rate it well. On the otherhand I would have called it a cityscape--so what do I know? Doesn't matter, well done.

Thank you for your comment on my picture. You seem to be one short yourself so I will provide it.
I like the almost stark simplicity of it and the way the three buildings on the far bank appear behind the bridge. Technically, it might be pushing it a bit to call it a landscape but it is a good, well composed picture.
