Ellie and Ms Tabitha

Ellie's most favorite person at school! Or as she called her Miss "Hathibat" the student aid.

That's what Ellie called her all year! I had to idea she was saying her name backwards and no one ever corrected me when I was calling her that. I thought it was her last name. It wasn't until graduation day when they called her name on stage I realized that Ellie had been mispronouncing her name and I had been aslo calling her by "hathibat."

Now that I type that out I realize she was saying "Tabitha" backwards. Hmmm that just adds to my gut feeling about her dyslexia.
