Kraftwerk Neurath

Im Kraftwerk Neurath im Süden von Grevenbroich werden jährlich 18.79 Millionen Tonnen Braunkohle aus den nahen Tagebauen Garzweiler Hambach verfeuert. Die aus den 70er Jahren stammende Anlage hat einen Wirkungsgrad von knapp 35 Prozent.
