Could well be - PW will fill you in no doubt, but as I recall this chap made casts of his nose and stuck them to many landmarks. Subtler than and before Antony Bore-mley (see what I did there?)

Yeah - that was the great Rick Buckley back in 1996 who decorated many London landmarks with casts of his nose. It's amazing that they have lasted so long. Guess you could say that they are a long 'running' gag?
