Getting ready for summer, Tree brought home the betta she keeps in her classroom. When we bought him, we thought it would be funny to name him Leonidas, since he is a fighting fish.

This was obviously before we actually watched the abortion that was 300.

Still, I can't help but make jokes.

"Bettas! TONIGHT, WE DINE IN BRINE!"

Meh. Watch it with the sound off. Or better yet, play some Wagner over it.

It's melodramatic enough. Maybe the two extremes will cancel each other out and make an entertaining combination.
