Van Tuoc represents one of 40 families in the Dong Xa fishing village, Ke Sat town, who will build new Habitat houses during the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project: Mekong Build 2009. A fisherman by trade, he currently lives with 12 members of his extended family whenever he and his wife are not out on their boat. ©Habitat for Humanity International
