Looking west on Ross Ave. towards downtown during the height of the afternoon thunderstorm and electrical display 9/12/2000. The lightning looks as if it's striking a building but it's impossible to say whether it did or not.

Greenville Ave. St. Patrick's Day Parade --- Parade particapants queued up just south of Park Lane on Greenville Ave. prior to the 11:00 start Saturday, March 11, 2006 in Dallas. A Little Ceasars Pizza float was among the parade entries.

Yungho City, Taiwan mayor Lin Te-Fu gets a boost into the saddle from Tom Self as he boards a steer at Sandy Lake Amusement Park. Carrollton is a sister city to Yungho City and the mayor and others were here for a visit and stopped by Sandy Lake to have photos of Te-Fu made on horseback, riding in a stage coach, and aboard the docile steer. Waiting to snap a picture is Sandy Lake proprietor Frank Rush, Sr. Tom Self is Rush's grandson and is a partner in the park.
