BiSON STUFFED PEPPERS
DiNNER U'all know iM not a fan of bell peppers, but these were deLish! Used some of the bison marinara without too much sauce & stuffed in cored peppers then topped w/feta cheese and sprinkLe of chopped basil. Popped in oven & voiLa ヽ(^o^)丿 I have my second meal from Bison meat marinara!!!! Did a healthy combo w/side saLad. I ate with shaved parmesan, but discarded the croutons bec not wheat. Commentsvilly21~ back for a while ~

1] Preheat oven to 350 or 375 degrees.
2] Core bell peppers & remove seeds. Place on foil topped cookie sheet & set aside. Make sure they're whole without hoLes.
3] Stuff cooked Bison meat [see instructions from previous picture] into bell peppers until almost full.
4] Optional: top off with spicy olive bruschetta or chunky salsa if not using the marinara
5] Sprinkle top with enough feta cheese to cover & some more chopped basil.
6] Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes (or until feta begins to slightly brown).
7] Remove and let cool about 5 minutes before eating.
