Some of these companies' actual logos are pretty web2.0 as it is; heck, that whole all-lowercase sans-serif thing is basically the father of web2.0 logo design!

CitiBank, UPS, FedEx, JetBlue, etc. from this list. If I had to vote for one company to use a logo here, it would have to be Wal*Mart. Like justdep said, makes them ALMOST seem not evil!

It should be noted that these were designed by a variety of people. The four that I redesigned (Westinghouse, United, IBM and ABC), weren't as much of a Web 2.0 statement but about the way that some of the major branding firms are taking timeless and simple logo marks and destroying them by adding a few cheap bevels and sheens (i.e. UPS, AT&T, Intel, DC Comics, NHL).
