Blue and White

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) Building on the triangle of land formed by New Jersey Street NW, 1st Street, and E Street. There is a ton of good stuff on this building here, including this PDF file with a wonderfully detailed history of the site pre-NAR.

Completed in 2004, the building has received recognition for its "greenness" -- its relatively low environmental impact. Cool info on that here.
