These are glued in, make sure to break the glue so you don't break this cable.
Removing this cable was my second last step in the disassembly of the scanner, and up until now I had not damaged any component, and could still re-assemble the scanner to it's original shape and function. I came extremely close to breaking my lucky streak when I tried to pull out the first inductor without first loosening the glue. Luckily I only kinked the cable and did not damage it.
