1000faces1

As is often the case, I made a random and arbitrary decision to try to photograph 1000 faces. It started slowly but has become I love doing. I find myself paying much more attention to how people look - not just whether they're nice looking or not (though I do think most people are), but how they smile, how they move their faces, how they looks when I ask them for a photograph.

I'm pretty psyched that I made it to 1000. I think all of these people - and there are hundreds of them (since more than a few were photographed more than once . . .) - look terrific.

Of course I couldn't stop at 1000 so I started a new set: 1000 Faces - 2. That filled up quickly as well so now I'm up to 1000 Faces - 3. I can't begin to explain the fascination and fun I find in photographing faces. (Or my apparent love for alliteration . . .)
